This site is run by Soso Pkhakadze, individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, 5 Shavgulidze St, Kutaisi, Georgia ("Chargegrove", "we"). This page explains what we collect and why.

On this website

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, for a short time.

When you write to us

If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you wrote, so we can answer and, if we work together, deliver and invoice the work. We keep business emails for as long as needed for that and for tax records, then delete them.

Business outreach

We sometimes write to businesses whose work fits ours, using business contact details that are published or provided for business use. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in offering relevant B2B services. Every message says who we are and how to stop further messages. Reply "no" or write to soso@chargegrove.com and we will not contact you again, and we will remove your details on request.

Client systems

When we build for you, we work inside your own accounts (for example n8n and HubSpot) with the access you give us. We do not copy your customer data to our own systems except where a task strictly needs it, and we remove our access when the work or care plan ends, if you ask.

Who else processes data

• Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics)
• Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding)
• Google Workspace and Gmail (email)
• Upwork, if you hire us there (its own privacy policy applies)

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to outreach, by writing to soso@chargegrove.com. We answer within 30 days.
