Terms

These terms cover work done by Soso Pkhakadze, individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, 5 Shavgulidze St, Kutaisi, Georgia ("Chargegrove"). Work ordered through Upwork follows Upwork's own terms first; these apply to everything Upwork does not cover.

Quotes and price

Every job starts with a written quote: what will be built, the price, the delivery time and the test cases the result will be judged by. The price is fixed. Work outside the quote is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, half is paid before work starts and half at handover. Monthly care is billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.

Your accounts and ownership

We build in your own accounts. Once paid, the workflows, code and documents made for you belong to you (or to your client, for white-label work). We may reuse general know-how and our own generic building blocks, never your data or your client's data.

Guarantee and refunds

Builds carry a 14-day guarantee from handover: if the agreed test cases are not handled as agreed, we fix it free. If we cannot, you get a full refund of that build. The guarantee does not cover changes to third-party tools or plans, provider outages, changes made after handover by someone else, or sources we did not set up.

White-label work

For agencies we work under your name. We do not contact your clients unless you ask, and we sign reasonable NDA and non-solicit terms.

Liability

We take care to build reliable automations, but third-party services change and fail. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
